I’m Alaina, a creative communications strategist, accredited Integral Development Coach, and committed feminist who works to make the world a better place for women, girls and non-binary people.
In 2022, I opened my own gender equity consultancy, focusing on strategy and coaching to create a more equal world.

Prior to launching my own business, I was Global Head of Strategy at Purpose, a social impact agency that uses storytelling to move people to create positive social change.
I spent 10 years in advertising at AMV BBDO and BBDO New York, working with brands and charities to create compelling campaigns, such as:

PROFESSIONAL
EXPERIENCE
In 2023 I founded Girl Hike, a hiking community that helps get women+ out of their heads and into their bodies. I serve as a trustee for Oasis Domestic Abuse Service, and have previously served as Co-Chair of Trustees for Power of Women Thanet and Campaigns Officer for the Women’s Equality Party Southwark.
When I’m not strategising, coaching and hiking us to a more equal future, you can find me picking out my next nail art, pulling a tarot card (link to Substack in that text), bopping away at a feminist punk show or reading a novel with my cat Gloria in my lap.
